HomeGo Treated well enough for our circumstances… we were in need of a quick sell and was satisfied with the preliminary ‘Estimate’ and pulled the trigger to move forward and did get a lower final offer. I know this is a business to make money for themselves however with the feeling that we chose to move forward to take advantage of where we then bought into after our sale, we are generally happy. However there may be a bit of taking advantage of a desperation setup and that we were low ball’d. however it worked out all ok and we are now in a new home that has moved us forward with our goals… the house that was sold was our first house that we thought would be our forever house… it was also a lerning experience and all in all we were fortunate then (XXXX) when we bought it. as a side note we also courted other CashBuy companies that even gave us even lower offers and longer times to close. it really in the long run was a good deal for all. I really suggest any buyer and seller to actually read there own contracts and just not have someone else read it for you… the contract if it legit should be straight forward and in plain language that can be understood. And that was the case with HomeGo. thank you… ******* H

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and when there was problems with the title, they said no worries we will just change the contract to give the title company time to get this fixed. I really think they lite a fuse under the title company because the title company told me they couldn’t figure it out, they knew the house was mine free and clear they just couldn’t proof it with a clear line line and that is what they needed. 5 minutes later home go called and said they would send me a revised contract, but they would see what the title company needed. 2 hours later I was told we were closing the next day. Everything was fixed.

We just closed on the sale of our home to Homego.com. Michael was our agent throughout the process here in the HEB mid-cities area of the DFW metroplex. I never wanted to be a long-term, long-distance landlord, but housing prices were so low that renting was my best option.
